For the 8th year, Paulette Chapman hosted a charity fundraiser at her home for the Women’s Bar Association Foundation of the District of Columbia (WBAF) called the “WBAF Chef’s Dine-In”. Volunteers from the Women’s Bar Association and Foundation lend their culinary talent to providing a full course buffet based on the theme of that year’s dinner. “This year our theme was to ‘Sing for Your Supper’ where we had musical talent and sing-alongs and based our menu selections on foods from cities known for their strong musical traditions. It is an enjoyable way to do good while having fun.” Monies raised go to support the Foundation’s mission in providing much needed support to nonprofits that serve the legal and related needs of women and girls in the DC Metropolitan community. Paulette is a past president of the Women’s Bar Association of the District of Columbia and a past board member of the WBAF with long ties to the two groups.
