One of the most important things for us to do when we’re interviewing our clients is to understand all the potential available options for that injured person. And the injured person may not understand the nuances of the legal system and not understand that they have both a workers compensation case and a third party case. And that’s some of the facts that we try to pull out from individuals during the course of our initial interview with them. For our firm we do not charge individuals to meet with us to discuss their potential workers compensation cases, our firm only seeks compensation if we are able to get benefits for the injured worker, it’s a system called the contingency fee system so if we are unable to succeed in getting the injured worker benefits we do not seek a fee in connection with their case. Our firm represents a number of union members, we’re very active involving the asbestos Union, local 24, we’re very active in representing the elevator folks from the elevator Union, steamfitters, plumbers, electricians. We actively represent union members and try to correlate the benefits that they may be entitled to under their union with the workers compensation system.
