Attorneys Heiden and Murray File Lawsuit Against Uber

Partners Julie Heiden and Kasey Murray have filed a lawsuit against Uber.  The case alleges intentional tort claims, vicarious liability, and direct negligence against Uber all stemming from the driver’s sexual assault on our client, a young woman.
