The litigation team of William LightfootPaulette Chapman and Kelly Fisher settled a construction case for $2.2 million on behalf of an injured worker. A contractor allegedly violated an OSHA safety regulation. Mr. Lightfoot had lead responsibility for presenting the evidence of a safety violation.
