Washington DC Injury Lawyer to Speak About Distracted Driving

By Peter DePaolis
Attorney

In 2011, we represented two people who were injured by drivers who were using their cell phones at the time of the crash. One client died and the other was blinded and totally disabled from work. These incidents convinced me that a strong public policy must develop to prevent distracted driving. To help prevent distracted driving, we have offered to speak on behalf of two organizations that educate the public about the hazards of distracted driving.
