An arrest has been made in the fatal hit-and-run of a pedestrian in Southeast Washington, D.C.. On April 28th at around 8:40 pm, a 68-year-old woman was walking south on Southern Ave when she was struck by a tan 1999 Mercedes Benz. Unfortunately, the victim did not survive her injuries.
Police investigated and tracked the car to a DC Police-licensed security guard, who claimed the vehicle had been stolen that night.
