We were referred to Ms. Julie Heiden by a family friend in regard to a serious medical injury resulting from what was to be a routine, outpatient procedure. My family and I worked closely with Ms. Heiden and her staff for about three years. Throughout those months and years, Ms. Heiden worked diligently to ensure that every aspect of our case was thoroughly analyzed by expert medical professionals. Ms. Heiden gained the medical knowledge needed to identify the aspects of my care that breached the standard of care, leading to a solid case. Julie Heiden and Paulette Chapman, one of the firm’s partners, who was closely involved in our case, became like family as we navigated our way through the legal process and most importantly as we re-lived some very painful moments. Both Ms. Heiden and Ms. Chapman were focused on our family’s well-being and seeking both justice and closure for us. They spent time getting to know all the members of our family and learning how we were individually affected by the injury and recovery.
